How It’s Helped People

Whether one is very inactive or a top athlete, the effect of Recovery Factors® is dramatic. Here are observations from the person who helped develop the supplement.

Background

For many years we have seen people from all walks of life with vastly different conditions all benefit from use of the product. People with no health issues or ailments also benefit in numerous ways, including:

  • Lifting of moods.
  • Improvement with occasional sleeplessness.
  • Improved digestion.
  • Increased physical and mental energy.
  • Improved strength and endurance.
  • Supporting in the recovery from physical, emotional or mental stress.
  • Improved levels of focus and concentration.
  • People with skin issues have seen improvement from 100% elimination to only mild benefit in some cases (varies depending on the issue and the person).
  • Supports healthy hormone balance.
  • Muscle tissue support.

This is just a sample of the various benefits that people have reported with the supplement.

The same basic protocol was given to everyone within my own realm of experience. Many people had no protocol whatsoever and simply took a variable dose when it suited them and in accordance with how many they felt they should take, so protocol is pretty variable, which is in effect a protocol on its own. The experiences in very general terms are as follows:

Day 1:

  1. The first day people sleep deeply and very well, waking up refreshed.
  2. Energy levels for most people improve within a few hours, noticing the "3 o’clock slump" not happening anymore.
  3. Concentration levels improve soon for most.
  4. Strength and endurance levels increase from the first dose. We have heard that athletes (such as cyclists, swimmers and weightlifters) have broken personal records after their first dose.

Day 2:

  1. There is an increase in sexual arousal as many men have woken up with erections the next day.
  2. Overnight recovery seems improved from general fatigue levels with generally better rest than normal, and therefore greater clarity, mood and energy levels.
  3. There is usually a shift in digestion. Many people go to the toilet a few times the next day. Those with occasional constipation tend to find some relief.
  4. Recovery from anything stressful the previous day is vastly improved, especially muscle soreness levels being much lower than normal.

Day 3:

  1. For some people, some of their symptoms diminish anywhere from this point on.
  2. Digestion issues tend to be vastly improved by this point.
  3. Appetite tends to shift (if it is going to) from this point on.
  4. Continued general recovery to higher levels.

Day 4:

  1. The first 3 days seem to have a lot of smaller activity going on but generally by the end of day 3 or beginning of day 4 there is a pretty big shift in discomfort levels following exercise. This is especially noted with people who take the advice of increasing the dosage for the first 3 days and who take the product regularly during these 3 days (see Dosing).
  2. Overall feelings of general wellbeing seem to improve after the first 3 days.
  3. Moods tend to improve.
  4. Energy levels are good and people tend to feel a bit stronger and have more flexibility.

A top cyclist — who won’t cycle without this product anymore — says that the lactate threshold changed for him and he is now able to push harder than before.

One of the observations regarding the product is the rate of growth of hair and nails and the improvements in the appearance of the skin. "My hairdresser says that my hair grows faster than anyone else’s hair that he cuts.  I also trim my nails every 2 to 3 days because they grow so fast."  This has been echoed time and time again by people who take the product.
