We guarantee 100% satisfaction with any supplements purchased from our website. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 45 days of receipt for a full refund less original shipping charge. We will refund you for any unopened items plus one that you may have opened before deciding to request the refund (limited to one opened bottle of each specific brand/supplement item type in your return).

Ship Times
Orders are typically processed within three business days of the time they are placed. It is shipped from Hong Kong. Shipping time varies depending on where you’re located. It is normal to take about two weeks, plus whatever time it takes to go through customs.
International Shipments
Many countries have prohibitions on importing certain types of supplements (for example, some countries prohibit supplements that contain ingredients from an animal source). We do not monitor for these restrictions ourselves. We therefore strongly urge customers to verify that there are no import restrictions on supplements you order from us BEFORE placing the actual order with us. Please note that we do not take responsibility for lost (or confiscated) packages.
Should your package be held at customs due to labeling requirements, you can contact customer service to request any documentation that may be needed. We will do our best to accommodate the request.

Payment for any duty fees assessed by a non-U.S. country importing products from us is the responsibility of the buyer.
